I built Remi because I

refused to let the CRM win.

20+ years in residential real estate, and 18 years of automating workflows before it had a name. Remi started as the internal AI employee for Nikki and Tales in our own brokerage.

Watching them come home after a long day of showing properties, and still had to sit at their computer for a couple of hours updating notes, updating the contacts, adding tasks, and setting up the next showing appointment was causing them burnout.

Yes. Remi is built specifically for GoHighLevel. It connects directly to your existing GHL account and works inside your current setup. You don't need to move, migrate, or add any new platforms.

How exactly does Remi connect to my GHL account?

Remi uses GoHighLevel's official API and a Private Integration Token from your sub-account. During onboarding, we provision a VAPI assistant specifically for your account with your credentials. Nothing is shared, nothing is stored beyond what's needed to connect the call to your CRM in real time.

What happens if Remi doesn't understand what I said?

Remi always confirms what it heard before taking any action. If it mishears a contact name or detail, it reads it back and asks you to confirm.

You'll catch it before anything is written to GHL. No silent errors.

Does Remi work while I'm driving?

Yes! That's exactly the use case Remi was built for. Call Remi through your car's Bluetooth or hands-free kit the same way you'd call any contact.
