1. Check your email

A confirmation is on its way to your inbox. Hold onto it for your records.

If you don't see it in a few minutes, check your promotional or spam folder.

2. Know your calling number

Remi's number for your Trial is different from anything used during your Live Preview. Each customer gets a dedicated, private line, so wait for the contact card in Card 3 before calling.

Call from the same phone number you signed up with. That's how Remi verifies it's you. If you need to call from a different phone, or want someone else on your team to call in, email [email protected] first so we can add it.

3. Save Remi's number

About 2 hours after setup, you'll get a contact card with your own private direct line to Your "Remi".

Save it to your phone, and then just simple call or say "Hey Siri, Call Remi" or "Hey Google, Call Remi"

Check your spam or promotions folder.

If your live preview confirmation email is not there within 5 minutes, email Alex directly at [email protected] and we'll get you sorted.
